All Unit Renewal Paperwork and money need to be turned in to the Council office by the close of business on May 15, 2023. (5 PM)
The Basics of Internet Rechartering
This system allows you to renew your unit’s charter online and perform the following actions:
- Select members from your existing charter roster,
- Promote members from another unit,
- Add new members,
- Update member information, and
- Print a summary of costs associated with the new charter.
How to start your units charter renewal
Internet Rechartering is provided for the renewal of registrants in Packs, Troops, Crews, Ships, and Posts. Before starting Internet Rechartering, collect all member information, including new member forms with the appropriate signatures.

Once you’re ready to begin rechartering your unit, go to either my.scouting.org or Scoutbook and log in
Select Internet Advancement from the menu and a new screen should pop up.
Once you are into internet advancement select the Unit Renewal button to begin.

- $15 per subscription
- Adult Fees
- $45 per Adult
- $Unit Charter Fee

Recharter Fees need to be paid directly to the council by check by end of day May 15, 2023
